i had received my loan agreement long long time ago wo...i think it is on early Jan this year. I got the agreement posted by the solicitor firm.

SnP i got it on last year December, then Jan this year i got my Loan agreement. Solicitor is Halizah and Kim

In loan cases... bank lets say at the last stage for title cases let say...

Rabel sold you his unit registered under his name..to you on jan 2015.. so by april 2015 the grant and title is ready to transfer to your nane.. lets sayb4 BBW in land office present to change nane... bank will release the balance 90 percent (or 675k assuming rabel selling 750k) money you loaned to vendor lawyer.. lets say it was the 4 month of transfer april 30 .. u will kena interest 8 percent per annum on the 675k u owe to rabel.. bank will not be liable to pay... is stated in their agrrement..

so situation when bank to release the loans will conduct a bancrupcy search or even ccris search.. and unluckily.. u have credit issue ccris reading bad.. or In any proceeding going bancrupt or started ... they found it in any way.. they can cancel ur loan even at this step.. title has pass to your name and rabel lawyer havent receive anyting...yet the balance 675k... so fast fast you get anorher bank and pay the late interest.. if rabel insist.. go court also you lose u sign in S&p di.. unless S&p drafted differently.. but ur case developer standard..

Those who dun get their S&P BACK there are possibilities... 2 of which I know..

1) your lawyer is too busy handling especially steven tai.. so many panels developers

2) something gone wrong with S&PHighly unlikely..
