Hi all...
new to this thread. Interested in SEH. Mind if i ask a few questions ? 1) Any more available units - Semi D or Semi D link from previous launch? 2) Can share what was the price? 3) If got units, any increase since launch? 4) Was there DIBS for previous launch? since no longer have DIBS, any discount now? 5) Anymore new launches coming up? Thanks for reply. I know i can probably find the answer visiting the showroom, but currently overseas so looking if some bosses here can shed some lights. |

Hi all,
Just book a unit at Monlis....the last few remaining. Was reading the treads earlier, at first it seems all sold out. Just wandering why there are still units at Lucento and Monlis? Also, what is the loan package by the bank for this development and which bank would you recommend? Thanks |

QUOTE(vislai @ Feb 9 2014, 05:52 PM) congra! how many left over units when you placed your booking? which type of Monlis you've selected? I just done my loan signing, m taking cimb which offer blr-2.4, heard rhb still managed to offer blr-2.45 provided you are existing customer and low DSR. Tq....think got 2 more....number 2A and 12A. Also got 3 more Monlis 3.I chose Monlis 1.... Cause the width of the build up is higher than Monlis 2. Was considering Lucento top, but the build up is smaller. Did u buy Monlis too? Can give contact for CIMB? Thanks |

QUOTE(LGThan @ Feb 10 2014, 12:34 AM) Welcome JChoo. U can try HSBC as they also offer me BLR - 2.45. However I took Maybank. Thanks. How many units of Luzento available when u booked yr Monlis? Lucento still have 6 units I think. Wanted to get a corner Lucento at first, but realize I can't do extension so no point and it's close to the guard house. |

QUOTE(robert82 @ Feb 10 2014, 01:09 AM) so means no more store room except below the stairs? In Monlis 1 layout, there are 2 utility room, one below the stairs and one beside kitchen.I'm thinking of that, but scared not enuff space for store room If you demolish the one beside kitchen, can create huge space for kitchen extension to the study area...thinking of putting up a bar there ... He he Since got 4 rooms, I don't need to use all can always use one for storage. Somehow, the build up for semi d is small. Need to create space so that it look spacious....... |

Ha ha.....TKC very geng...
Back to some discussion ...most who bought here probably for own stay. If for investment, say wanna hold for 5 years....at the meantime might as well rent out (most likely negative cash flow)...how much could fetch for rental for semi D in this place?? I check rental for semi D in semenyih around 1.6k only....anyone from semenyih or familiar here can comment ? |

QUOTE(samkps @ Feb 10 2014, 01:47 PM) Do you refer those SemiD / banglo in TTS? The rental of property is depending on the location and its distance to Nottingham Uni. Thanks for the insight. Can I know what's the population of the university ?Nearer of couse is more expensive, can reach about 3k for a furnished unit. For those further, rental rate can be as low as around 1.5k... For a DSL in PS1 or PS2, rental rate is around 1k for an unfurnished unit. I presume Semenyih is not a good place for rental game at the moment. Rental game for sure no point, but if can rent out just to cover the interest portion of the loan, will be better than nothing. If not planning to stay, no good to keep it vacant for long time |
