Those who dun get their S&P BACK there are possibilities... 2 of which I know..

1) your lawyer is too busy handling especially steven tai.. so many panels developers

2) something gone wrong with S&PHighly unlikely..

3) to be continue if interested..

3)it could have been the developer... the developer has yet to sign the S&P.. and that y.. not stamping yet.. because ur 2 YEARS completion start when the S&P is stamped and dated...

as long as developer never sign the 2 years conmpletion never start..

why? Coz if he really sign like link2 on the spot and stamp it... after 2 years 1 day still no vp.. u can claim 8% late interest.. if it ur bank loan problem dat y late pay to sp setia.. u tink sp will waive for u or not..?

furthet.. acvording to housing developers act.. developers IF they havent sign the S&P.. they are entitle to repuduate the S&P without damages with the aporoval of secretary of state..
