Lol. I was referring to the RTN (Royal Thai Navy) ship. 

Anyway from the chart it is interesting that all 4 navies are using the Otomelara 76mm gun unlike Malaysia that prefers using the BAE 57mm Mk.3 gun.

MSI 30mm x2= 17 million pound contract, around USD 29 million. 6 unit Gowind （12 unit Guns） = 2.4 miilion each x2 for 1 ship， total = usd 4.8 million for each ship.

Millennium 30mm x2 = usd 20 million each ship

for lack of ciws is ok if we have alot VLS missile/RAM, event some say why RMN not select Millennium 30mm？ how much cost compare to osi 30mm.   
Gowind is most advance and main battle ship for our Navy next 20 year,
went it design for ASW version，it should best population to suite ASW mission, silent is main important in ASW mission.
some more  it is 4.7B  ship,  we should expect advice in population, it not a 3b ship.
if like ciws or lower maintanance better we get sigma/meko class 2400 tons , some more cheaper.  with ciws + ASW + Micavl
+Exocet B3 too

Prefer 76mm....in the middle. More fire power than 57mm & more rapid than 100mm

as for codad it is not as loud as you think it would be.

I dun think there will be much issue since the gowind class were designed on Raft-Mounted Propulsion System (RMPS).
asw mission wont be a problem.

SeaRAM is basically the Phalanx system, with the 20mm gun replaced with a box of eleven RAM (RIM-116 "Rolling Air Frame") missiles

SeaRAM is meant to provide combat support ships that normally have no defenses, or at least no combat radars and fire control system.

searam not much ship using now, around 3 ship used only. event  Arleigh Burke FIIA start also don't have. replace with ESSM only.

newer small/middle range ship have fire control radar, so just using RAM (RIM-116) is enough, for supersonic antiship missile, it can few by SAM too.  but RAM add last layer protection.  20/30mm ciws  not help on supersonic antiship missile attack.

Searams is probably one of the best ciws.
Searams combo with 57mm 3p rounds should provide a very good lines of defense for the ship.
