Twice per day. I think for your case, its acne due to hormones changes. You should visit dermatologist so that they will prescribe you antibiotics. Keep me up to date on the medication that the dermatologist prescribed to you should you visit the clinic.

Initially what kind do you prefer? The peel-off one or the one that you need to apply on one?

Then, for beginner stage, I would prefer you for using the peel-off one. Hisatmitsu came out with varioys peel-off mask. Initially, you should select the gentle type 1st, rather than the whitenning and whatever one.

Normally what people use to reduce pores size is salicylic acid, which it is widely used in Neutrogena pore refining. Salicylic acid might irritates your skin, so I dun really recommend it.

Its normal. Anyway, apply a little and evenly over your face. Should you are not exposed to air-cond environment I dun think you are required to apply the moisturizer.

Actually peel off masks aren't that recomended to anyone. It's like forcefully driving yr acne off your face IMHO. But reducing pore size is good because it the natural to do it actually. cleaning pores and then reducing the size will gurantee that there will be no side effects towards the skin. Wow JinYee you are good biggrin.gif

Initially, there is no cure for acne. You could only prevent it. Can't really recommend local dermatologist for you because from my point of view, I dun have any good candidates.

Organic Aloe Vera is good, its soothing but since its raw, therefore, the exposure to the bacteria is higher and it might irritate skin. I don't mean tha natural stuff is not good, but I will not recommend it should it is not handle professionally.

It might possible among these sympthoms:-

Painful irritation of skin, including burning, blistering, crusting, itching, severe redness, or swelling; skin rash

Burning, itching, scaling, redness, or swelling of skin (severe)

Dryness or peeling of skin (may occur after a few days); feeling of warmth, mild stinging, and redness of skin

Initially, when you still have active and frequented acne, I will NOT recommend you to do so. Just stay put on the current regimen without adding in anything if possible. Once your skin has settled down and is on track for its recovery, then you may reconsider this issue.

Did you use BP products? You should if you have not.i.e. Panoxyl.

You could but make sure its the 'lite' version. Metholathum got the watery edition which is lite. Many ppl provided me quite some good comment on the product.

If you encounter 'severe' dryness then its allergic. Anyway, if its the mild edition, meaning that your skin is switching its mode to tolerate BP. FYI, I just add in information about BP in the 2nd post, please read thru to gain more knowledge about BP.

Bare in mind, use once per 2 nights for the 1st week, then once per night after then.
