that is recommendation only la. .
200/180 kpa (29/26 psi) is too low IMO especially if u carry ppl at the back. .
220/210 or 200 kpa is sui IMO but all these subject to driver buttdyno. .
don forget, the lower pressure = the faster ur bunga dimakan
