Last year I kena audit, this year still not yet get my refund(almost 1 month already) so assume I kena audit again.
Hopefully they dont ask for past 7 year receipts.

Is this charged in the beginning? last week wanna pay but error, today see this..

Tambahan bayaran sebanyak 0.8% ( Caj Pentadbiran ) akan dikenakan kepada bayaran anda apabila anda membuat bayaran menggunakan Kad Kredit

Owh i just found yea, memang need this charge...


anyone can share which credit card you guys use for this and get good cash back?

Anyone received such kind of letter from LHDN before?
So, should i go to LHDN to clarify stuff / amend the amount?

Yes, they never ask me to provide any supporting document but i think they purposely delay my refund.
My receipts are really for them to check and etc.

Hi... Want to ask a question
I have submit form BE all the while, but last year I did use my name to register enterprise under ssm, just want to check is that I need to fill in form B this year in stead of BE. The enterprise did not carry any business from 2014 till now...

The letter is just a notification, saying delay processing as LHDN needs extra time to review the file. Therefore, unable to refund within the fastest time of 1/2/3 weeks as advertised.

So, within 3 months from the letter, if there is no response of 2nd letter (or no refund yet), you may contact LHDN rolleyes.gif "table audit unit" biggrin.gif to check for status. By contacting, there is a 50-50 chance LHDN call you in for full audit. Or they may just close the file and refund you.

anyone managed to pay via credit card? i go into their portal and keeps giving me "No Tax Payer Record Found"

apala ni, advertise can pay via cc, no record link pula.
