I try to log in but cant seems to log in although I keyed in the IC and Password same as E-filling.

Checked all information is correct. Log in to E-filling is fine. Means all details is correct.

But it still says IC and password is not match.

It is SG.. I did not key in any Ref number because it is stated is for Registration number for Business

The message, "Wrong identification No and/or wrong password, please enter the correct one !"

Nope..i did not select SG.. i try key in ic with '-' and without '-' also cant...

Is okay, i think there is something wrong with the system which i should verify with the officer in charge..

The receipt must be either the name of your parent or you (if you're going to make the relief claim).
