anyone got excess (lebihan) refunded (from BE form) + excess as of 15/02/2015?

on my slip stated this...

LEBIHAN BAYARAN: RM 500.00
Lebihan Bayaran Sehingga 15/02/2015: RM 100.00
LEBIHAN BAYARAN TERKINI: RM 700.00

i already received the refund of RM 500.00 (BE Form) but not the final refund amount RM 700.00?

if i'm not mistaken, last year's assessment, they refunded ALL. but this year, they refunded the excess amount from BE Form only.

Possibly Govt low on funds to pay the refunds ... so fill up your TP1 form and submit to your HR to avoid refund for future assessment.

looks like those who Submit from 12 to 24 March receive the refund yesterday.. it's mean LHDN "collect" for 1 or 2 weeks all the forms Submitted then only process all of them

I think some branch are fast and some is slow..
