I'm 10 days late into my own program. Just finished my experiment on macro nutrition partitioning, time to get back on track in gym.

Of course I don't mind, none of us mind I guess smile.gif But how do we start? That's why occasionally we have a CHILL OUT session to get to know more friends.

Cheers!

Emmmm.... Finally I had the green light to be back home after 13 months without touching a DB. Today will be my 4th session of the year. It's time to re-write the progress.

It was not because of being busy. No excuse on that smile.gif It was more to health related issue, was advised and asked no pushing and to take a long rest. It has nothing to do with gym related issues. Gym is always the safest sports if people tend to follow the SOP and don't over challenge the weight. No one can beats steel tongue.gif Yeah, in the next 3-4 months will be back to sub-10.

Depress? Hehehehe.. gotta look at things differently, always maintain a positive mindset. Completely chill out for the past 13 months. At the moment, still waking up the sleepy muscles. Losing nearly 60-70% strength rclxub.gif (Gosh!!!) but good to be back rclxm9.gif

Current weight as at today: 70.5kg (increased about 5kg for the past 13 months without any exercise)
Body Fat: 14.8%

Target on 1st week of April 2015:

Honestly don't have one right now. It's more a "waking up" and get them out of hibernation mode. Routines kick in next week smile.gif
