Having intermittent problem backing up my jailbroken device to the icloud.
Error is just like 'unable to complete' that's all.
Noticed that my non JB-ed device is not having any problem. Can backup to the icloud just fine

Nope. still have space, as I've mentioned my other non jailbroken devices are ok (same icloud account)

before this i also have same problem like u.. but the problem has gone after i unjailbreak my ip6+ for selling it.. it seems like before this i was messing up deleting one of the game app dominations keychain db file just to reset back for unbanned my acc , after that i notice i cant backup my data to icloud, .. I forgot to backup my file keychain.
after i unjailbreak to 9.3 from 9.0.2 my icloud can backup back normally...

and when I changed to a new phone ip6s+ and i was lucky to have 9.0.2 in it.. immediately i jailbreak and try to new backup.. so far no problem...

I never fiddle with the OS level files. I think it's now tougher to gain access to the raw file system (last time I remember need to install the afc2 tweak or something)

So I guess Jailbreak will intermittently affect the ios Backup to some extent

Everyday i wake up i hope can jailbreak my iphone...but too sad..i thought maybe jailbreak community has been lost to apple..what do u think guy..

The Jailbreak team would prefer to release their tool on a stable iOS releases so Apple would takes time to patch the vulnerabilities.
Lately Apple's latest iOS is rather buggy so they are issuing fix/releases much more regularly compared to previous iterations.
So the effort spent on finding an exploits would be easily be patched by Apple in the next release. Probably one of the reason things are getting slow now in obtaining a jailbreak tool.
Just my opinion.
