Do note that Mobile Substrate have been updated and named as Cydia Substrate.
There is the issue regarding Cydia Substrate where your phone will boot in 2-3 minutes depending on the tweaks you install on your phone. Just be patient.

I still have my JB tweaks & apps list which work for iOS6...
Maybe bcos i'm too busy & dun have a pc/laptop that can run evasion as an admin...

If i JB, i for sure go for kaw2 for black theme...
Thats why i said, i normally should be    to see those nice JB theme but now not yet...

find CChide in cydia.

u can hide cccenter bro.. but u need to use activator to activate gesture from bottom like this and disable notification center on lock screen and in application from settings. if not, u will go into safemode.

in Application :

slide gesture from bottom, left, right - home button

at home screen

slide gesture from bottom, left, right - activate switcher

it will act like zephyr..

the only u will miss is Control Center.

did u disable cc center in lockscreen and in application?

i dont have any issue until now bro.. i disable all in CChide but i also install CC Deseparator from cydia.. maybe u can try it?
