The exploit will be patched after they release the jailbreak tool.
so they will release jailbreak for the latest ios which will be ios 9.1 to 9.3

I suggest you stay 9.1 and update after they release the official jailbreak tool.

Currently still with 9.1
Should I upgrade to 9.2.1 or stick with 9.1? Think last time the Jailbreak tool is mostly downward compatible meaning it can support the latest and lower iOS releases.

I'm waiting for 9.2.1 JB as my ipad pro is on that version.
Updated from 9.1 and the reason I'm not stick to 9.1 was it has a problem with notification sound. Latest update fixed it.
