What do u mean? If u restore ur backup from jailbroken, usually the preferences file will intact. I never encountered any problems restore from jailbroken backup.

I meant if the backup was taken for a jailbroken phone, so if we restore the backup to the phone (still jailbroken), will the Jailbreak stays intact. I think it should.

In theory it should stay intact since you did not hard reset or upgrade the OS. We need some sifu's to clarify this as I have never restored from back up, usually I'd just factory reset and restore fresh.

I don't think you can factory reset a jailbroken phone. I tried before and ended in loop.
You have to restore/upgrade to the latest iOS for a JB-ed phone.

Helping out a fren. Her what'sapp backup is stuck at 0% during uploading. Have tried lotsa workaround but problem still there. So I recommend her to restore the phone again.

It's jailbroken with iOS 9.0.2

I think it makes more sense to Jailbreak 9.3 rather than 9.2 since it's more relevant.
And nope, the jailbreak is not available yet atm.

There is rumors that as soon 9.2.1 signing stop, they will release the 9.3 jb
