It is rumored that the random restart issue plaguing some 64GB and 128GB owners of the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus are because of the TLC NAND flash chips used by Apple. The company is expected to switch back to MLC based chips to alleviate this issue.

Glad my ip6 use MLC.

It affects only ip6 64gb n ip6+ 128gb only
I read this happens only if you installed too many app

Yap. Some heavy user who use large amount on their iphone getting random crashes and reboots.

So, if u have to time to check can try using this method.

Download IOKit Tools in Cydia
SSH into the device and run:
ioreg -lw0 | grep "Device Characteristics"
Look for the value of "default-bits-per-cell"
default-bits-per-cell = 3 is TLC
default-bits-per-cell = 2 is MLC
default-bits-per-cell = 1 is SLC

Or install then run mobile terminal from karen's repo (updated) http://cydia.angelxwind.net

i've read the first page and the guide but there's no clear answer to my questions, pardon if it's mentioned before, following are my questions:

1. can i back up to iTunes after jailbreaking? if so what is backed up? the non-jailbroken stuff? what will be restored when i do a clean wipe and restore?

2. if the above only backs up the non-jailbroken stuff, is there a way to back up all the jailbreak stuff and restore it when there's a new iOS update that can be jailbroken?

This will help you or worst to worst, screenshot all your source and your JB apps. Then do back, should take a while only

My phone hang and flicker after i intalled iconomatic apps from cydia and turned on "off icon text" i need to restore now sad.gif
