Hi everyone,

I decided to go to Seoul between 13 August 2015 and 20 August 2015.
Other than it is summer (hot) and rainy season, any other things that I should take note of?

I am travelling alone and will look for a dorm to stay along my trip in Seoul.

Thank you.

hi all,

would like to ask u guys opinion for my jeju trip on 6 Mar to 14 Mar:

Day 1-4 - will be in Seoul (Company trip - so just follow the tour)
Day 5 onwards extending the trip on our own

Day 5 - ETA to Jeju is 1.30pm, will rent a car as there are 4 of us, planning to stay at Seogwipo and explore the area

Day 6 - stay at Seogwipo

Day 7 - Mt. Hallasan in the morning? (is is advisable to go during end winter and roughly take how long for it?) and at night might stay at Jeju-si

Day 8 - Depart rom Jeju to Seoul at 8.45am

Based on my flight time above, is my plan to stay 2 nights at Seogwipo and last night stay at Jeju-Si feasible? I am worry that nothing much to do in Seogwipo and cant really explore the Jeju town in that case...

hope all the si-fus here can provide input for my itinerary in order for me to maximize the places that i can visit in this 3D in Jeju....

Thanks

how do you move around in Jeju? public transport or hired a taxi or rent a car? this is your main concern. also hiking to Mt Halla need proper clothes and equipment. as for how long to hike, it depends on which route you take. Seogwipo area have more attractions to explore than Jejusi

Hi Yvonne,

we will rent a car.

I roughly work out an itinerary already. Maybe u can comment on this:

Day 1 - reach jeju airport at 2pm. Collected the car and proceed to NOLMAN 놀맨 and 봄날카페 (BOMNAL) and drive to Seogwipo to check in. After dinner, proceed to Alive Museum.

Day 2 - morning go to jeongbang waterfalls, explore seogwipo town and visit Teddy Bear Museum. Drive back to Jeju town to check in at 4pm. after dinner, visit mysterious road and LOVE land.

Day 3 - go to Seongsan Ilchulbong Peak around 9am… after that proceed to ecoland.

4th day- morning check out - airport

Do you think i am able to cover all the attractions above? i am thinking to go to maze park, but not sure which day i can slot in... or am i miss out any MUST VISIT spot? i will skip UDO and Mount Hallasan.....

means Day 1 & Day 3 is Jeju-si while Day 2 is Seogwipo?

i rather you visit Osulloc tea museum than Innisfree lor tongue.gif

in Jeju, you must try Black pork.. you can find it at those restaurant around Jungmun resort.. food such as okdum gui (tile fish), porridge, raw seafood, tangerines, etc is some of the food you need to try at Jeju
