2 more weeks for my turn to korea. its been 10 years+ since i was there so i'm kinda forgotten how many layers of clothes did i wear. i only wear a tshirt + jacket back then when i was in melbourne in winter and it's still alright. probably i need to get a thicker clothes for this korea trip?

I'll be there during the long weekend as well, planning to get Uniqlo Heattech as the base layer. Seoul is -4C right now, I'm not sure how well you handle the cold but even with my experience I can't handle 40C change in temperature all that well biggrin.gif

Not exactly sure what I'll be doing in Korea yet...
*
maybe i just go and have a look in uniqlo too. better be safe than sorry although i consider ok to handle the cold

and me too haven't plan anything for korea.

U need heatech turtle neck, fleece follow by good down feather jacket long one that cover till knee. Well if u go Dong daemun or namdaemun...looks for nano technology  tights...really keep u warm with just that piece...cost abt KWN10000....U definately need a scarf, gloves n a bip n also need to cover yr ear too. Buy a heat pad while u r there at the convenient store. Can last for few hrs

Any street food is nice. It's the best to eat hot Hoddeok & tteobokki in cold winter.

Some restaurants I went which I would recommend:
Myeongdong Gyoja
Stone Uncle Cheese Pizza (돌쇠아저씨)
Standing eat bbq (站着吃牛肉)
Uchino Curry Rice
Dalk-eul-ro-ga-nen-ma-eul spicy bbq chicken (닭으로 가는 마을)
Myeong-run handmade noodle (명륜손칼국수)
Eat, rest and pay (먹쉬돈나)

You can find all of them by Googling

P.s. Some are not halal, do check before you go.

thanks.
will look for it if those are nearer to me

Just back from Korea with rashes all over me. The weather is too dry that even my moisturizer can't help much.
