From what i know the stronger the suction power, the noiser the hood. at suction 2000m3/h definitely cant get 45db. Some of these catalogs spec are not accurate, when they write 45db, it could be measured based on lowest speed noise level is 45db.

Need your expert opinion.. Where is the best position to put the powerpoint for hood. The wiring job actually has been done 😅.but am just checking whether its suitable or not. My kitchen kabinet and hood is not installed yet.

Usually the wire is hidden bhind of the chimney (top part of the hood). You can get the measurement from the catalog, depending on which model you are interested with but +- wire height will be 86" from floor
need help in choosing a good 60cm hood. i have a FOC built-in 60CM elba hood with vented hose through top cabinet.
But it look very ugly and based on the booklet, it is only 250m3. As changing to different size is not practical as i need to dismantle the whole row of cabinet, please suggest me a better 60CM hood.
my hob is currently 30CM, with intention to expand to 60CM in the future.

Teka is reliable brand it u asking about after sales service or product durability but question is will it be suitable for asian cooking?
Actually jus read all through the forum, google around and also check with friends and families who are using a hood, you will definitely know how to pick a hood that is suitable for you. If you do not have the time to do all the research then you can drop by my showroom for our advise
