Has anyone tried charging the DS4 with a phone charger? Lolol. I tried connecting the USB cable to the adapter and it charges!

Well it just needs power, so yeap should be a great alternative to charge them DS4s!

Great to know if that's the case because last time with the DualShock 3, not sure if it's just me but it won't charge when I plug it to an iPhone or iPad USB adapter. It only will charge with a PS console or a computer, as though it requires like a driver to feed power to it.

I always use my powerbank to charge my DS4. No problems. Virtually anywhere that has a USB port and power will do.

any idea whats the battery capacity for DS4?

2 issues.
First, the DS3 needs to accept a handshake with the USB port on a charger for it to accept a current. The USB port on the iPhone/iPad chargers lacks the middle 2 pins for the handshake, thus that's why the DS3 doesn't charge.

Second, the DS3 only accepts 500mA and 1A current inputs so that's the reason the iPad charger won't work since it outputs at 2.1A.

The DS4 on the other hand doesn't need this handshake anymore and accepts up to 2.1A current. A good change, but I still have no idea why Sony stuck with a 1000mAh battery when they can clearly put in a same sized 1400mAh battery without issues.

Then there's no point in getting the Pulse Elite if you are going to be using your speakers.

1) The Pulse Elite are "closed" headsets, it blocks noise from the outside. That is already an inconvenience there.

I'm in the US now and I can tell you that Netflix barely work in HD during prime hours. It doesn't mean anything to Malaysians of course, since during prime hours in the US is when most people wake up and go to work in Malaysia.
