Really? Its impossible to not know Sony Ericsson back then?

Hey guys, I know I've seen it somewhere in this thread. There are people complaining about the "Association Rejected" WiFi issue in Sony Xperia Z1. I'm also experiencing this problem right now. I find it very troublesome every time when this problem occurs, I have to restart both my router and modem. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I hope this doesn't happen to the Sony Xperia Z2 as well though.

someone said try reformatting your z1..i also have this issue but i decided to wait for kitkat then i will format my phone..

When I hold, nothing comes out.

I always get that annoying especially when playing game.

Sony very weird one when copy paste.

You can try double-tap or tap-hold. cos when one doesn't work, I'll try another way.

have you tried restarting your phone wifi ? i only turn off the wifi and turn on back then no problem anymore

I only click connect back then can adi.. Lol

Also plan to factory reset my phone once 4.4 land on Z1

There are actually a few ways to solve this problem. I will list them all out one by one, but this is only for temporary. This problem will eventually occurs again somehow. By the way, these steps are just my ways of solving it.

1. Restart either one or both the modem and router.
2. Restart your phone. (Switching on and off the WiFi in your phone will not help.)
3. Reconnect to the WiFi by pressing Forget and re-enter the password.
4. Repeat one of the 3 steps listed above until you get to connect to your WiFi once again.

Ya, when my friends saw my xperia, they all ask me "Why buy Sony?" "Why not buy Samsung?"


SE's feature phone is doing well until k850, after k850 their selling is drop, after entering smartphone market its getting worse untill Sony took over

samsung bombastic advertising strategy influence is too strong.

it is all about marketing and brain washing technique
Sony presentation always so straight forward and ads not attractive (the did not have any creative ads like Samsung did).

But I guess that's only in Malaysia. In HK, I actually saw higher rate on Sony user and a tone of ads on MRT. Even TVB also a lot use Sony phone.

actually in recent months, i have already notice there's an increase of sony user when i take lrt to work. sony is gaining market share, but still don't expect it to shoot up overnight and take over samsung and apple

I know right. But I respect Sony for being very passive in everything. They are d only phone manufacture (except china brand) that never attack other brand.

yup, even TVB drama was dominated by it and with the official Sony ringtone too. However, now not anymore. Maybe sponsor expire and Apple masuk pulak.

Me too as previously it is hard to see any. Finally Sony Z1 catches up with latest OS and specs and now Z2 is neck to neck against S5 which previously was still lagging somewhat
