those are above 900k units, which is tough to chew by anyone,
Staffs and associates are obviously tkc, which explains the fact that their loan harder to get.
As for shares dropping, would be interested to check.

I disagree youngster not to buy property.. but be minded of property which is withing your reachh 300 k all the way to 500k... house is a place to stay and not investment purposes which had ran out of hands..  painting a good picture of how SEH is the next t township just to sell of your property and land you witj 700k liam burden is not worth it.. only investors who want quick money will tell you how good is their property when the price they QUOTE they themsrlves wont buy it back in 2014 neither 2019.. they are selling property of future price to you..

if youngster were to view my post in south region hete mahkota to SEH there are 3000 units landed property sold but vacant..  havent compute ANY high rise in Klang valley and kl itself.. ponder upon at night those high rise u will know how many already tenanted.. other areas of KV such north region.. shah alam.. klang still many in sekangor yet to be included.. all are in investors hand just to make 200k at least..

My personal opinion, Eco hill will be better than setia alam in future but take time. If based on land shape. Eco hill better than setia alam.

Eco hill = Eco park.
Eco hill land is higher the surrounding area.
Eco park land lower the PKNS, setia damai and DUTA VILLA.

Ecohill ii = Setia Alam
Can not commend more coz still can not c the act side. Anyway, based on surrounding area. The land shape should better than setia Alam.

anyway...not need worry much...after 2-5 years...there are either one of the scenario will happen as below:

1. economic crash badly, majority malaysian lost job, 90% cannot afford to pay their housing loan, SEH become ghost town...bearbear bro will be very happy if bearbear bro not losing job due to economic crash...

2. economic not crash, SEH become mature township, ppl stay happily and flipper flip happily...bearbear bro still cursing in this forum say that SEH will fail after 10 years....

Honestly economic crash will create chain effects and everyone would suffer.
So, let's just pray, curse, hope scenario 2 la ok
