anyway...not need worry much...after 2-5 years...there are either one of the scenario will happen as below:
1. economic crash badly, majority malaysian lost job, 90% cannot afford to pay their housing loan, SEH become ghost town...bearbear bro will be very happy if bearbear bro not losing job due to economic crash...
2. economic not crash, SEH become mature township, ppl stay happily and flipper flip happily...bearbear bro still cursing in this forum say that SEH will fail after 10 years....

When u do the township planning. The original land shape really important. Good township planning with the right land shape, the out come much much better. The whole area view will be different. once is success in overall township view. Housing price will diff too. If the overall land is "rata" . U can do the good township planning but overall view point will less advantage.

When i first bought my first property at rm230k, many says, so expensive. No public transport. Duh, why do i need when i am driving. When i invest in a studio for rm100k, again, people says, stupid, pay rm100k for a 450 sq ft so-called flat (service residence was still pretty infancy stage)....when i bought another service residence at half a mill, again, people says, stupid, lousy. Well, i never look back except i am happy with my investment so far
