I don't have his SMS basically, but the booking form and the discount form can be used also.

hey, have u read the terms on the back of the vso? You signed it and it is very protective terms to them lolz.. But lucky I have sms message to prove he doesnt promise on what I want, and also another point, Proton Edar Dealership Association (PEDA) has came out as policy that will not take booking fee from customer, or else their dealership will have some kind of penalty or warning, I google and found got this official policy

That if I cancel the booking. But now is he can't provide me a car, so I think I got higher chance to win. Remember, I'm getting a 2012 "new" car, not a 2013 or 2014 car.

http://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/portal/index.php.../type-of-claims
A) A False Or Misleading Conduct, False Representation Or Unfair Practice, That Is -

I) A Misleading Or Deceptive Conduct As To The Type, Manufacturing Process, Suitability For Purpose, Quality

And Quantity;

Ii) A Misleading Indication As To The Price At Which Any Goods Or Services Are

Available;

Iii) Offer Of Gift, Prize Or Other Free Item With The Intention Of Not Providing It Or Not Providing It As

Offered;

Iv) Misleading Claims Such As

1) While Stocks Last;

2) Goods Are Limited, Etc.

V) Receiving Payment For Goods Or Services Without The Intention To Supply;

Vi) Future Services Contract In Respect Of Services To Be Rendered On A Continuous Basis.

Taken from the tribunal website, I think we can claim back all the lost(including time and petrol wasted) that incurred.

thanks for the advise on shifting bro, did a lot of shifts back then and the parts i got it right, man that FELT GOOD wub.gif
also thanks for letting me test drive the car again.

interesting engine pitch right? as if the rpm got +1k rpm (on just the higher pitch sound note la)
but lol if that engine is so revvy ady, + LCP + remap + advance throttle response, jialat lorh fuel all day erry day sweat.gif

=edit=
on a personal note, the amsoil xw20 doesnt seem too noisy... then again this is my very first time on amsoil... and the ceratec/ws2 COULD help on reducing NVH. hopefully it's the 2x additives that are working on the nvh department cuz my next change i mmg planned torco and torco con9lan7firm nvh suck tongue.gif (but for high revvers/folks who love engine notes, torco is very VERY satisfying)
as i mentioned back then ma, initially i also planned torco, but zhapalang there only got 2 bottles, and i die die wanna stick to xw20, so he intro'd amsoil, on throw price bargain too cuz very rarely people use, mainly hybrid cars sweat.gif
