Went with a friend who collceted the key during VP.

Overall good.

Except :-

-Yard’s wall ”not bricked but only “metal grill fence” type, if not careful things will drop downstairs
Not sure if owner can replace it "bricked" wall.

- A room with a bit of circular window not so particle and hard to put furniture etc.

I think the main concern of this development is not inside the unit....

Sorry to bump this old thread but can anyone share what is the maintenance fees and sinking fund like for this parc 3?

Very impressed with the build quality of this based on Sean’s review. Was this considered overpriced or fair value?

Fountain and hanging sculptures in a void area is a nice idea more developers need to do.

Wow lovely facitility deck! Just nice and not too extravagent like Arte series and so, very practical

Just watched yesterday night. Good sharing. Nice facade and well planned facilities. Maximise the space with architecture and furniture and arts.

Whyust these pipes exposed outside the building?

I thought only UK old bricks house done that because "unable" to hack the wall.

Interesting design detail of the bedroom + bathroom extending into the yard.

When the opposite park trees and plants getting mature will be really nice.

A flat land park mostly, not a hilly park like Permaisuri Lake park, klcc Park and Bukit jalil Park.

Imo quite hard sell this clip on Parc3

It’s a nice design as these secondary bedrooms facing internal voids usually are quite dark. This seems pretty bright in comparison. The void here has actually been done quite well.

Don’t think Sean is really selling the property, if anything he’s selling the services of his company. He is fairly critical and points out some of the weaknesses of the unit design.

Yea nice, but wondering will it bring up the maintenance in the future ? Especially those hanging sculpture. Dunno need to maintenance like bolt checking and tightening or not .

Well it remains to be seen how these current batch of quite high dense units will be maintained. Close to 800 units here so there’s definitely the density to be self sustaining. I reckon they’ll remove these sculptures for good when it does come time to upkeep them or they become a hazard. They do serve a purpose to beautify the void area though which is normally ignored by developers.
