Cant find location & details on their website. Any idea which part of Cheras?

Aiseh suddenly so many projects in cheras and kelana. Kenot digest liao.

Heard that there will be new condo development behind the menara PGRM, cheras. Looking at this building facade, this one could be it.
I might be wrong.

i think you are right.
Weave is looking good, the dev has done few projects, but not in KV...

I think the location is nearby sunway velocity

modern facade. but pls dun build near menara pgrm.

Why?

nearby pgrm is either school or low cost apartment. super crowded.

Yes, there's a PPR in PGRM area apart from few blocks of mid range condo.

Where is Jalan Pudu Prime? couldn't find. Only Jln Pudu Impian in the map

That's a piece of land in between D'Alamanda Condo & PGRM. Currently open air car park.

U mean the current open air car park next to PGRM?

Yup, I think that's the location.

Some of the pros and cons that I can think of:
Pro:
1. Near to bukit bintang, TRX, klcc
2. Pudu ulu park is just across the road
3. Jusco and sunway velocity mall is nearby
4. Maluri lrt is within walking distance

Cons:
1. Low/medium cost apartments and old shop lots in the vicinity.
2. Heavy traffic during peak hours at jalan cheras and from shamelin direction.
