Hi, Newbie here, can someone share me the price for 2bedroom 865sqft price after all the discount applied? Because all I see in property portal are raw price. How much promotions they are having it right now? and is it a good play to buy for own stay now and future investment?

This is very true. I have visited a subsale project around this area n I would like to see how many ppl on a daily basis walk to the MRT or velo after this is VPed.

Moreover the surrounding props is really rundown n feels unsafe.

i need some advice:

Now EUPE give offer for remaining units

B1A type, 736 sf, after rebate 600300 + 30k cashback OR fully furnished options.

570300 nett, PPSF is around 774 if count cashback. This is kinda high

I saw previous posts mentioned 997 SF after rebate only 670k, how bout other existing buyers?

Care to share your thoughts please?

Do study the closest subsale condo beside this parc. Visit the area n see the type of tenants also. Subsale transacted price about 440psf.
