I'm studying in aus at this moment. Laptop will still be hot when I'm trying to play games on MBP. How good it is if MBP supports GTA V.

Wow, nice bro drool.gif Hmm, you going to play GTA V on mbp hmm, that gonna be hard. Need to play on low mode. Btw, which model of your mbp?

Hope its okay for me to connect with ex. monitor most of the time when using for daily works  smile.gif Btw, I'm using SmcFanControl, and it's show my current temperature is around 40-49c  smile.gif Hope its a normal temperature.

I have mine around 45c under 30c room temperature, so I guess that's the average temp for us without aircond hah.
Then I tried running Transistor from my Steam acc and the temp goes up above 90c sweat.gif, guess I'll only play them below an aircond haha

If the Mac was that easily overheated and die due to heat, it surely wasn't worth of its price tag after all. Something so expensive yet easily break down.

Your fan could easily run at max and processing at high temperature if there's memory leak issue with browser especially when it come to video streaming.

Mine always running at max when I'm doing video encoding and that'll be hours of processing.

Hi guys, thanks for all the suggestions, I just got my rMbp 13' two days ago and yeah i agree, naked all the way!! The body surface feels great to the touch like that.

Maybe I worried too much at first xD just gonna get a keyboard cover and use it when needed and a sleeve too.

Btw, I've installed a few items like steam, dr. cleaner, VLC, and google drive but my apps already take up about 35gb of the storage..

Also, while I was organising my iTunes yesterday with about 1000 songs the finder got frozen a few times with the wheel keeps spinning for like 10-15 secs before it returned to normal.. is both situation normal for a brand new macbook?

Thank you in advance and sorry for being a noob, first time macbook user here biggrin.gif

My friend's MBP 15" GC died due to always do 3D rendering in Windows with Bootcamp. hmm.gif
I believe the main issue of that is because of Bootcamp which causes extreme heat in the first place.

Playing games will kill ur notebook faster than anything. I have my desktop for that and it is an ATX casing so airflow isn't a problem. As long as u do just work, both laptop and desktop can last a lifetime. Gamers don't care things that last because it will be time to upgrade before it dies off lol

Since I have the 'touch to click' unchecked, the only way for me to make a click is by applying slight pressure, the touchpad will recognise it and return a light haptic experience immediately which is much like a real clicking.
And to make the force touch, I'll need to press bit harder, feedback are a light haptic followed by a stronger one, you can definitely tell the difference.

Summary: The whole experience is excellent for me with the natural clicking sensation by the new touchpad.
