I also booked 1.8 grey metallic.  According to SA,  the Toyota fellas in Thailand wrongly estimated the demand for white colours. Almost 60% production of white colours and the rest in smaller numbers. However, customers are buying more of the grey metallic than white. This is why there is a long waiting list.

I also enquired about the aero kits but was informed that it is not available at this moment.

I think the Ecotint should be good enough as it is the security film.  They display the specs of the tint at the showroom.  Just use it for a while and see if it is good enough for you before splashing cash.

For me, I still wish to get the answers 2,3, and 4,...as I do believe it helps me understand whats the value of 2.0 over 1.8.

I mean, if I have to pay RM 9k more, for same NVH (engine equally smooth, both equally quiet, both having exactly same absorber and ride quality),...so whats the point of paying extra RM9k then without any performance advantage? .....That's normally the case in most cars,...higher engine capacity main advantage is better performance (in addition to better equipped)

I am the type of buyer who values comfort (as in NVH and ride quality, and seating comforts) and performance (as in acceleration,...I don't care so much about handling as I am not a racer). I am the type who don't care so much on touch screen,...push starts,...VSC / traction controls.

One more question, both 1.8 and 2.0 sound system exactly the same?

Gear ratios in normal auto, I find quite important when you look at highway cruising (not only for racing), is the highest gear ratio tall enough for relaxed cruising, maybe the 2.0's extra torque at lower revs allows a more relaxed cruising...
But in CVT, I don't quite understand how it translates.

2.0g vs 1.8 is paying for extra 200cc..dvn player without gps...optiron meter..lol..rip off man..3 mths later ..2.0g got touch start..lol or 5y warranty..any of u get the insuransy for the screen?

For me, 1.8 is good enough.  The difference is cosmetic and doesn't bother me to warrant paying a couple more thousand ringgit. I use Waze on my smartphone for GPS and don't watch DVD when driving. LOL!

I am told replacement cost is RM2500.  Premium is 15% of the amount you cover. I still wonder what's the unique thing about acoustic windscreen compared to 'normal' windscreen.
