Wow... single stage paint... Haha...

The other colors definitely clear coated smile.gif as I have touched and detailed a few.

Storm Silver (ZF1) and Polish Metal (ZF2) still the best to me.

I have the zf2 polished metal.

any suggestions on scratch prevention? Maybe a transparent layer wrap?

My car just about 2 weeks already got a bit scratch at the side. Looks like it came from a motorbike handle -.-

hi guys,
want to ask about crz.

crz is below 10sec to sprint 0-100.
it's a 1.5L car and from what i understand, the power is assisted by electric motor.

as far as i know, the battery wont last long from full charge
let say i drive up genting at continous acceleration speed.

the battery probably drained even before i reach 1/4 of the hill.

does that mean the remaining uphill will only rely on 1.5L engine ?
so it will feel like a normal 1.5L car ? i.e Honda city

from my short observation yes long acceleration stretch you'll deplete the battery.

but coming out of corners you'll probably get some assist as the battery charges when you brake.

Clear bra aka paint protection film. (Ie: Xpel, 3m). But those are expensive, and people usually just do bonnet, front lip etc. And if the workmanship is not top notch, it gives you more headache than you expected. But if done properly, yes... It can even withstand a certain level of stone chipping (if you went too fast the sharp small rock will still chip it through). But Xpel claims self-healing which I haven't really go and see it.

From detailers point of view, it is hard to maintain a car scratch-less, and scratches isn't top concern. Holograms due to improper polishing, bird bombs and watermarks etching are. The latter 2 are due to user negligence. Swirls most of the time due to outside car wash, or improper washing technique by own self (using old cloth, rough and all).

My ride already 4.5 years with coating, just a few hairlines scratches here and there. An annually light polishing take care of that (which I only did once till now).

It will feel like a City/Jazz for ZF2. The HP/Torque is same as well as the ivtec mechanism (MT). CVT has slightly less as stated on brochure due to transmission.

You can always Sprintex it if you worry that much smile.gif

Single stage paint is old school... Generally, for Malaysian just forget it with our always send to outside car wash culture.

In fact there is, any coating/sealant/waxes can still be applied on paint protection film.
