She's complaining because she didn't get what she had paid for. Anyone and everyone would have done that.

Don't bring in other problems anymore. Now the problem here is you sent her a faulty item and a void warranty card and you did not send her a MSPD and a data cable.

You want to refund ?? I bought the phone for RM650.. and now already bought a MSPD myself and put it in to repair. You want to refund me the exact amount RM650 then what should I do with the MSPD without the phone? What about the repair charges?? Means you want to pay me RM650 then I send back the phone plus FOC repairing for you lah???

Your simcard I just tested, it stated sim inactive? Who knows whether you already registered ur sim before, then now already claim for a new simcard???

I dun answered ur calls... I made my conversation once with u regarding the simcard n MSPD, then you answered me rudely and with @$%^&& words... is this the way you treat ppl for aftersales services??? who wants to answer ur call with that kind of attitude???

Still dunno will charge or not, what I know is, the cable inside the camera slider already broken,(that is what the service centre told me) besides that it has been claimed warranty twice before I bought it.... I dunno what is the problem lah they just have a check then they told me, the warranty card date has been changed using correction pen once, and they say last fix is on sep 2005. so I dunno the exact date of purchase......If charge of course seller need to be responsible n he should pay me back a data cable....But the way he dealing now with me is like samseng, memang ppl will get frustrated on this kind of situation... besides what's the point of twisting here n there to say I ran away his RM30 + simcard since he already agreed about the RM30 for the MSPD??

mr seller please read that carefully and STOP saying you called her and she refused to answered your calls! anyone will do the same to your calls!

now both sides told their story and mr seller again please STOP twisting the facts with that socalled vip no simcard thing! since the earlier pages you as a seller already twisting everything around so you better offer everyone here the best solution asap before your reputation here getting worst.
