Nasdaq got smacked lower.
Bears need to take out SP500 at 1815, Dow at 16015, then we get a bigger waterfall.

Looking at 200ma at next support. Here will be a better place to fish. thumbup.gif

14.50 is not where you want to buy unless you're shorting now.

16.30 is short entry, 15.50 is exit or cover for bulls support.

my usual strategy is to buy slightly lower than the strong support, when i am bullish on the stock (or the market). Because usually the bull will only come in after that support broke down, they usually a little "careful" when buying on dips. Well, my background is that I'm still holding bullish view in broad market for the next 2 years. So, buy on dips will continue to be my strategy for mid term play. Just me, guys. Don't follow me to holland as I made a lot of mistakes all these years. laugh.gif

Good support at 1816.. bulls defended this area. Preparing for another test at 1840 later.
Zig zag movement here.

Don't you just love this?

They close it at 1842.. just 4 pts short of the 50ma at 1846.
Leaving bulls and bears scratching their head..
No idea where this will trade tomorrow. rclxub.gif

I just looked at the price action again today for Nasdaq.

There seems to be climax selling around mid-trading day when it got a bounce off 4 pts from 200ma. From there,
there are buyers into close - chart is forming a dragonfly doji. This is classic buy signal here.
I think it's worth a risk to dip in now and put a stop below the last low.

Time to play a bit of QQQ for two days before long weekend. biggrin.gif

I like JNJ better than C.

C been like this range for long time.. can't seems to get over $50 (or $5 pre-split)

Just make sure you define your risk.. market is very choppy.

All stocks move in tandem today with the general indexes. Major reversal around mid day. Almost every stocks that I've looked at has the same pattern except for oil.
