Based on my individual perspective, don’t believe what sales person mention all the time regardless buying house or car or anything.

As we’re the buyer need to do necessary research, survey then only come out with your decision

buying property under houzkey cannot do tenancy agreement, as you are renting the house from Maybank. If cannot do tenancy agreement then how can protect your and tenant's benefits. So taking houzkey for investment purposed can see you are very fresh in real estate investment.

If you think not worth for investment after many survey and comparison, can proceed for cancel, if the moment not suitable for cancel already, then its better to find another solution to minimize your lose.

Went to the showroom the 1180 sqft layout is great, kitchen/pantry is long snd spacious and i like the ceiling height. But location… sandwiched by a low cost flat and a rumahwip in the future. So a nope to me personally
