Now Tower A sold rate 95%, Tower C ready open for booking, Tower B will on few months later open for booking.

This project 5.1acres, beside Old Klang River(Tower B)
Not bad this project location on NPE highway and Federal highway,

Included sounds proof window, inside almost silent , suit for reading.

If you think not worth for investment after many survey and comparison, can proceed for cancel, if the moment not suitable for cancel already, then its better to find another solution to minimize your lose.

Try flipping your Unit at 2026, may able get some return, because the corner side will complete MRT2(OKR station and Pantai Dalam station)at 2023, ECRL at 2026, ....etc.

If for Houzkey, the agreement may require purchaser at the sixth years residing in the house and able return the deposit (3months,)and pay a progressive interest in the unit selling of moment.
