Hi all. just visit the river park show room. this project for investment worth it ? 895sq.ft 630k ,leasehold ,partial furnish, promise have new entrance joint to NPE highway but don't know developer do it or not..

Got some brochures from pavi Bukit Jalil - some Malton booth at the fooc court level

440 units , completion end 2026 etc from APDL at bottom

Plan to buy the 2 room unit but afraid of making the wrong decision leh as a first home buyer...
There isnt much review on River Park also... any sifus can help come out with the pros and cons for this project? sweat.gif
Plan to rent out first and might consider move in in the future....

I'm also looking at Nestree leh... What's turning it off for you? Previously I took river park off my list, but SA just sent some very interesting freebies compared to nestree

As this is your 1st home and you worried that you may do the wrong decision, why not you go to do the site visit yourself? Its surrounded by all the colorful ppr and theres a rumahwip right next to it in future. Furthermore, the road is so narrow with all the motor and car parking around (alot of illegal small malay stall selling foods and drinks at roadside). The HTC tower just right beside and infront of the river park. I advise you to go to check out yourself because I was the one who attracted by their houzkey 1500/month, i dont think its good to have the houzkey anyway. you may check it out. For investment purpose i am not sure, since its not really proximity to midvalley.

i booked Nestree, lower price psf, lower density. although also beside a rumah WIP biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

IJM spent so much to build the roads from NPE to Pantai Dalam area, they are unlikely to abandon the rest of the land banks there untouched. Somemore those lands are leasehold, later need to spend more money to renew the lease. The problem now is no demand to absorb new developments, somemore they need to sell at quite premium price to recover the cost spent.

So true.. Look at Bandar Malaysia and maybe Kwasa Damansara

When these townships are up and running.. Current developments would be alot older, so why would potential home owners purchase the older properties?

i alrdy book a net 571k++ unit with houzkey before seeing comments at here. Is it dat not valuable for investment?🄲🄲 the agent say can rent it out after completion🄲🄲
