Have also asked a few agents selling this project, most of them gave a lower rental expetation eg 3.5k vs 3.9k the agent at expo said. In saying that, they also push Cubic Botannical, Rian Trees, Kl48. Good advice regarding big boys.. i am sure there is a big majority of uncle & aunties sitting on alot of cash ready to pounce in times of crisis. |

I personally think KL48 its a bit too packed up around the area, unless there are some revamp around the area and becomes commercial active.
