Mine ducky shine 2 also have the same problem as yours, 1 led not lighten up.

now im confused with the warranty terms. with C-Zone, they say it is 1 year, but Corsair guaranteed it for 2 years (even the with the warranty booklet).

EDIT : not sure if C-Zone only help me to warrant it for 1 year FOC, and the following year will have charges.

Maybe one year from Corsair, one more year from C-Zone..

but from the box it clearly wrote 2 years.

Hi Sifus.

Just bought a shine 3 about 3 days ago. now i found out one of my keycap looks no very pretty as shown picture below.

the question is. should i ask to change it or keep it? i dont mind really, its not crack or something. it just the paint problem. just scared when i want to sell the keyboard it will drop the value.

not sure if that will be eligible for a replacement through warranty.
looks like coating came off or wasn't coated properly during production.
but if possible, try asking first. u never know what is the outcome. u got nothing to lose anyway unless u have to send in your keyboard, which is very unlikely.
