For those who bought mkb from taobao.. hmm.gif
So you guys bought by yourselves or using taobao agent service?

Except for a guy who currently in China, all others bought through agent. The exchange rate and shipping rate are quite reasonable. In fact a lot of things even you import from taobao + international shipping, still can cheaper than our local retail price.

i buy thru agent, although they will charge a little with slightly lower rate. But good thing they do everything and u just need to pay and wait  unsure.gif ?
If buying self u still need to get china address, unless the seller ship internationally ?

Just curious.. and for me to get ready to buy from there..
will buy the new mkb, keycool 87 or 104, with:

white body,
white keycaps,
brown/blue/red switch..

maybe i'll ask some questions regarding that later, becoz me can't read chinese.. smile.gif

like i said before, use Google Chrome and when u go to taobao page, it will prompt u with a question asking if u want to translate the page into English.
and then u click always translate Chinese (Simplified Hans) and then the whole taobao becomes readable to u.

Both 84, 87 and 108 version of keycool got white case, but only for non-backlit version. Their backlit version only got black case.

tea shaft = brown switch
red axis = red switch
green shaft/axis = blue switch
black shaft = black

quite self explanatory tongue.gif

104 also got,
104II白色PBT茶轴
http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?spm=a1z10....&id=20525271214

But I must be honest to you that I hadn't heard much about this 104 before, so I can't comment much about it's quality. The 87 is still a safer (and a tad cheaper) bet.

No idea. For 87, it is already proven a solid board. That 104 is sort of a new thing, + a fullsize layout board isn't what most ppl here will buy, so no much being documented bout it.

Though, official claimed that the 104 is more refined though.

So it is your bet whether to take the gamble or not. whistling.gif
