If not mistaken it helps a little to prevent dust go into the switch cover.

supposedly have 3 functions:-
1) Prevent dust from going inside.
there was ppl mentioning that after the first time they open up the switch housing, dust seems to be able to get in more easily.
applying sticker helps

2) Makes your switch housing more stable, as in doesn't wobble.
i'm curious to see how it feels like...i haven't personally tried both stickered and non-stickered switch yet.

3) Makes your switch housing looks more sexy doh.gif laugh.gif
My other plan was to get transparent switch top housing and replace them, so it makes the housing looks pinkish...but actually it's only for my own SS-ness since when you put keycaps...apa pun xleh nampak d XD

For the second function, will it help reduce my keys from wobbling? not sure if its because keycaps or key stem or something else.

Hyperfuse biggrin.gif

Anyways, I'd like to ask those who ordered pcb from Sprit @ GH.
I know it's smd presoldered but the diodes and resistors are not ?
I assume the diodes are. Correct me if I'm wrong.

And anyone know where can I get cheap 2x3x4mm Rectangle leds from Taobao ?
I bought the round head ones last time but I left them all in Malaysia lol. laugh.gif

Thanks again.

Yeah the mockups didn't show legends. lol. well laugh.gif It looks alright I'd say.
Ahh, the DSA one looks good. Should have picked that instead haha.
If the midnight set is gonna be in DSA then I'd probably get it.

Anyways, I got a little confuse. rclxub.gif
We need resistors for the pcb to function right and smd resistors for the leds right ?

from sprit's latest post, it seems that the first 1 of groupbuy isn't fully presoldered sweat.gif
so which means we need to solder the diodes ourselves or have sprit to do it for you since he offered.

Since I am switching key caps, figure I might as well snap a couple pictures with a potato showing the difference between Signature Plastic's DSC and GMK / Cherry B profile modifier.

Cyan = GMK CYMK Modifier
Grey = Korean GB SP DSC Profile ABS Dolch Beige

Yup, a rule of taobao shopping.

Avoid festive/holiday seasons of China if you don't want to wait 9 9 or risk of the parcel lost.
