But using tint nano ceramic type with 97% IRR also no problem with smart tag ler hmm.gif
Anyways smart tag is one issue, GPS and phone signal also another issue. So i would preferably nano ceramic tints although heat performance might not as good as those metallic films

3M crystalline film is not metallic type right? Any feedback on Magnus Pro tint?

That is another brand call Horus. Is bio nano ceramic film and TSER up to 83%. There is no issue when using smart tag or access card. Heat rejection and vision clarity is very good. This tint also have photochromic effect.

Abit skeptical about their TSER numbers though. Even VKool or 3M TSER about 60% liddat and this HORUS can reach until 80% hmm.gif

Are you using Horus tint or their supplier?
I noticed that their TSER values are much higher compared with the others like Vkool & 3M...

It is highly unlikely to hit 83% even with 5% VLT

The best of the best can only achieve up to 70% with 5% VLT

Something is fishy

Same thought as me. Even VKool tint with the lowest VLT struggling to hit TSER 70.. and this brand Horus @ VLT 70 also hitting TSER 70 d sweat.gif
Seems abit too good to be true

The meter will only tell a portion of the picture as it measures at specific frequencies

Spectrum Transmission Meter elected 950nm and 1400nm as IR wavelength test point, which adaptable to most popular solar films on market

Then find the 3M meter. Make sure it is calibrated. Can figure out the details

Oh wow really? The workshop people told me no issue with smart tag but I am not sure what is the IRR they talk about. I should be installing the Infusion Pro 60% VLT on front window, not sure about the IRR. Would it be safer to go for 90% IRR?
