Under the new JPJ 2018 rules, min. VLT still at 70 front/50 front sides/30 rear sides and rear?

Under your product line-up, what's the darkest tint that can pass the new ruling and can get the barcode sticker?

Add: 1 thing I find funny, my previous car tinted by Llumar, they actually tinted my whole car with VLT 50 tints...which basically means my front windscreen tint cannot pass JPJ/Puspakom, yet they gave my JPJ warranty on my invoice

3M take Ebony 40 (probably house brand, not listed on 3M page)

hi, tinting car any where will not get warranty void.

At least you send back service maintenance & repair at Authorized workshop, warranty still valid.

like car tyre, you can change tyre at any where, it does not related to car warranty.

FYI, the new rules only applicable on the car registered on 1st Jan 2018 onwards.

You can consider

V-Kool Elite/70 for front
V-Kool 55, 40 or 30 for side and rear

Hi vkool, may I know vkool elite will cause wave effect when have reflecting light ?

Recommendations for llumar tinting pls? Any particular shops that I should go? Damansara Uptown or Glenmarie?

Avoid. I paid RM2K for my Llumar tint and afternoon still feel the burn.

I got quote rm900 with 5 years warranty by sa.
but i cannot find any info abt this series on huper optik official website.

Is this original or just another local brand that are using huper optik name. The tint spec i listed below.

Huper Optik Black Optik Series :
VLT-40%, UVR-99%, IRR-90%, TSER 52, 5 years warranty & cover jpj.

If not on website, then it is probably house brand.

They will convince you by telling you this is a "sub product", pending launch, or even for overseas only.

Beware. I suggest you directly go to a few HO shop to survey. Call no use

Vehicle for tainting: Subaru Forester (all windows)

price quote:
(i) Raytech RX series(side windows) and Raytech ultra70 for front windscreen, back windscreen i forgotten. RM 3.5k with 7 yrs of warranty
(ii) 3M crystaline (solar type) crystaline 70 for front windscreen crystaline 50 for front side and crystaline 40 for back passenger and rear windscreen. RM 3.1k 5yrs warranty.

are the prices reasonable??

Beware, i just aware that this is actually not Huper Optik. There's no black optic series is Huper Optik line up. This is actually Rich Cool, Deluxe 40 and Black Optik 6mil safety is definitely a house brand. I suggest you go for a much reputable brand like Raytech, V-Kool or 3M. 

Wow, that was close. Lucky i found you guys, definitely will not go with this brand.

Now i know why the sa doesnt answered me. when im questioning the originality of this tint spec.
