Raytech HQ implemented "Product Label Stickers" to ensure the products offered by our dealer are genuine product. Each product label sticker is unique as they are secured with holographic design, barcode and product model. These label stickers are limited issued by Raytech HQ for each window film supplied to the dealers.

Raytech Warranty card is only valid when the "Product Label Stickers" are present in the warranty card. Consumers have to make sure the product label stickers are present in the warranty card and the name of the product on the stickers are similar to the product purchased.

For more information about Raytech Warranty Card, you can watch below video:

Other than refer to the warranty card, customer also can request a spotlight testing to feel the heat resistance of the tinted after installation.

Cheers bro smile.gif

Yes bro. The logo stamp on film is pre-tinted on the film from the manufacturer. It is printed on the liner of the film. The liner will be removed when installing film, so you won't see any logo stamp on your car tinted after installation smile.gif

So far so good for the tint (after three months usage), I chose the midrange product which quite okay after few hours under the hot sun.

Hi bro, FYI the differences of solar and security film are the thickness of the film. If you send your car yourself to any tinted shop, you can request the installer show you the film before installation. When you touch the film, you can know the security film is thicker than solar film.

In RAYTECH, we have "Product Label Stickers" presented in the warranty card. Each product label sticker is unique as they are secured with holographic design, barcode and product model. So you can know what model of film has installed on your windows.

Thank u smile.gif

yes i can request the installer show me the film before installation, but I'm afraid that the installer switches the security film with solar film when they do the installation...

so after that, there's no other way to confirm it once the installation is done? i though there will be a label or something,

the "Product Label Stickers" only presented in the warranty card, not the installed film? so how to make sure the product installed tally with the sticker? sad.gif

because i am very scare of driving in the night and I usually drive at night as my work ends quite late.

Thank you all so much smile.gif

Hi bro, thanks for your inquiry. Normally the tint spec installed will not differed with the product sticker provided on warranty card because the quantity of Product Stickers are controlled and supplied by Raytech HQ. The branches are only able to provide the product sticker on warranty card for every car which tinted the particular product. Somehow you can also request use the BTU meter to test heat resistance of the film after installation smile.gif

Hi bro, thanks for your reply. Normally the installer will cut the film according to the shape of the side window before installation. Actually you can request stand beside them to see the film after they cut out the shape and before install on the window. The cut out film is confirmed to install on your window smile.gif

Due to window film is a homogeneous product, Raytech always emphasize consumer to select a reputable USA window film brand for your car window. To make sure Raytech customer get the Genuine product, consumers have to make sure the product label stickers are present in the warranty card and the name of the product on the stickers are similar to the product purchased smile.gif

The quantity of Product Label Stickers are controlled and supplied by Raytech HQ. The branches will get limited stickers according to the stock ordered from HQ. The branches have to make sure provide the right label sticker to the customer who purchased the particular product smile.gif

The purpose of implementing Product Label Sticker is to make sure Raytech customer receive the Genuine Raytech product. To make sure the right product you have purchased, you can always request to test the heat resistance of the film by BTU meter after installation smile.gif
