I am interested in D114.

I have D170 in gallon. Still have about 0.75 gallon. But mine was bought locally, a bit more expensive(RM335). If you want, I am willing to share. Just bring your own bottle.

Where you ordered those Meguiar's stuff which are unavailable in here from? Singapore? If Singapore is it directly from Hypercoat Singapore?
They charge you shipping?

Hi detailing sifu,
Between permanon and meg ulti wax,

which one is more durable? for duarable i mean like tahan at least 3-4 months in our weather.

Last time using meg gold class, max 3 weeks then can see the water beading effect diminished. Looking for a more durable wax as i living in an apartment and car detailing is painfully inconvenient sad.gif

Ya imo meg really no good lol. Permanon can last longer like 2~3 months parking outside 24/7 by my experience.

ya.. i could agree with you for their gold class wax, that wax create deep gloss shine but cannot withstand harsh weather. Maybe more suitable for garage queen.
But i am not sure about their ultimate paste/liquid wax as i heard a lot of good feedback regarding improved durability compared to gold class

how frequent do you wash your car and what kinda of product do you use to wash your car ? Can't just blame the wax not long lasting, should also look at how did you maintain it.

Wash weekly with nxt wash wax. Just no quick detailing top up. Any problem with that beside no QD top up?

Want to ask do you guys use only one pad for one and only one product?
For instance, you have a cutting pad A for product A, pad A since bought new only used with product A.
Then now you purchased some product B, which is same cutting power like product A. Do you wash your pad A thoroughly and use pad A for product B, or you would invest into another new cutting pad B for product B only?
And then so on and so forth for product C, product D, etc... (I cant imagine how many pads will end up in your room, but this seems to be encouraged in western country forum community to avoid contamination).

If you doing a weekly wash (i presume you DIY), just use any NORMAL wax or sealant will do. If you happen see Meguairs M16 in ACE, just grab it. Its a very durable + suitable wax for our climate. Rare stuff....price should be around Rm70-80

If you very detail detailing person MAYBE you will have ONE product with ONE pad but majority ppl will re-used and wash it after that....
