QUOTE(TakeruKimura @ Feb 1 2014, 08:47 AM) hi guy, not really need to swap Mobo. You can get a PCIE Riser.Im not sure is this the right place to ask question about mining hardware. so here goes. im already started mining litecoin with single hd7970 gc. i planned to upgrade my rig with 4xpcie slot mobo. is there any LGA 775 mobo that have 4 slots pcie ? and do i must using mobo that have crossfire only ? http://litecoinminingparts.com/shop/cables...tecoin-bitcoin/ And you dont need to xfire.but you will need a dummy plug to get the gpu working. But now is not a good time to invest in these HW, as ASIC for scrypt will be released soon. You are better off getting those. |

seems like people at bitcointalk already received the ASIC usb dualminer and started mining with them, although they only got 70kh/s per usb miner.
I still prefer GPU though, because asic can't play battlefield 4 haha if the asic takes over scrypt coins, either go pro with asic equipments (defeats the purpose of decentralized currency This post has been edited by terradrive: Feb 2 2014, 06:46 AM |
