Its fine according to ASUS but personally I wouldn't use it. If the layer/coating fails, got scratched or anything happened. Corrosion problems might rise, probably I am being paranoid? Just wouldn't take the risk since wc parts isn't cheap.
Anodizing is tough stuff. If ASUS used the hard anodizing, it'll take more than water flow to scratch it or anything. Plus, anodizing is not a coating or plating like nickel plated stuff. It's a chemically treated metal.

A start of a different kind of hydro copper perhaps?
Water coolers wanting R9 290s should consider this.

guys, ccfl or NZXT Hue RGB better?
Depends what you're trying to achieve. Hue needs a 5.25 bay also.

nice item
doing all acrylic bend work to be easy ..The Monsoon kits come with Heat Gun Kit?
Heat gun is optional, but will be cheaper to buy heat gun locally. Plus the locally available heat gun would be better quality.

Nice to meeting too....
Only aquaero 5 available. 6 is too extreme good anyway. My tj07 totally overkill. Hehe
Hearing your plans already I think reaching overkill already, but that's what most of us strive to achieve: 'overkill status'.

using custom made acrylic spacer and nut (M3)
Should use a plastic washer and a proper nut for better tightness. The spacer's good though.
