LEDs aren't that expensive la bro. If you know how to wire it up to a molex or fan connector, you can buy them on eBay for like RM10-15 per 100cm shipped.
I'm using these for my luminous panel too.

luminous panel? wow, can you show me some example and tutorial? you really know alot lucas.

not so flexible like led strip and the converter is quite bulky to hide, i've used this back in the old days. the best ones is from cooler master, still alive till now. how about electroluminescent strip?

try lelong, you'll be surprised what they got for sale there hehehe.... but like i said, you will need to do some rewiring cause this is meant for something else not computers.... you can use the 12v inverter or the usb inverter to get power from psu

Just finished setup my watercooling set in my oldskool pc
Took 4 hours ++ to complete everything..1 hours ++ to setup(tube cutting,planning,routing,etc2) and 3 hours bleeding & leak test
Minor leaks on my mobo due to not using compression fittings/clamps at all. (stupid me.will clamp it later)
Thank God i put in towel first

Reservoir : Mcres Micro Rev2
Pump : EK DCP 4.0
Tubing : Standard Clear
Coolant : EK UV Lime Green
Fan : 2x120mm CM Sickleflow Green
Accesories : EK Uni Rad holder

Actualyl this is my second time setting up a watercooling pc.Last time was back in 2010..
Hope sifus here can share any ideas on how to set it up more professionally

Next plan :
change case

CCFL won't work for a light panel. It's just too rigid to hide.
The illuminated panel is just a recipe of sandwiching acrylics together. The hardest part is implementing it into your case.
