QUOTE(quithrilius @ Nov 30 2013, 06:32 PM) QUOTE(quithrilius @ Nov 30 2013, 07:36 PM) Sounds good Seriously, Note 2, apart from the CPU and GPU, has everything else the same as any flagship from late last year.....which is 2Gb of RAM. Even current flagships from Sony, HTC and others are maxing out at 2Gb, so this is the minimum threshold of acceptable RAM for some longevity yet. Heck even Chromebooks are shipping with just 2Gb of RAM.As to the CPU and GPU, you can do anything you want except maybe run 30fps+ for the new triangle heavy games. The best upside of the Note 2 is I feel it is the last, great, non-Nexus modding device. At last count, over 100 ROMs, with about 30+ still in active development. Even the Note 1 has gotten 4.3 and 4.4 support. Which is why I decided to keep my Note 2. All contemporary phones are coming with increasing lockdown by the manufacturers, and it's taking the fun out of owning a device that you can hack and mod. |

QUOTE(chuahcs79 @ Nov 30 2013, 05:41 PM) I used my phone a lot less nowadays? Even in v3, never had any problem except for operator SMS.I prefer the v3 keyboard more. SMS is fixed. Signature lock is not working though. Some even complain the led bug with menu n back keys that kept lit up. I actually prefer it that way. |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Nov 29 2013, 04:20 PM) sorry for asking, is it all wireless charger is support for all phone that support wireless charging ? Seem that no one replied you on last thread let me answer your question. Most of the phone that support wireless charging now is using the technology called Qi Wireless charging. Like the phone Nokia Lumia 720, 820, 920, 925, 928, 1020... Samsung Galaxy S3, Galaxy S4, Galaxy Note 2, Note 3.. Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7 2nd Generation.tempted to buy nokia wireless charger @@ I listed most of the device that SUPPORT IT but requires BACKPLATE. The device that doesn't need backplate is Nokia lumia 920, Nexus 4, Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 2nd Generation. so now if you go out and grab a backplate you could use any Qi Wireless Charger.. And Bros, how's DN3 v3.1? I'm planning to flash for my dad's phone This post has been edited by Anonymous34: Nov 30 2013, 11:37 PM |

QUOTE(XeactorZ @ Dec 1 2013, 12:12 AM) how the backplate look like ? It looks like a large rectangular piece of plastic slightly smaller than a credit card with 2 metal contacts. It sits between your battery and the back cover. Your back cover will have a very very slight bump with the backplate fitted.I know most of the phone that support wireless charging is using Qi technology |
