But seriously though, it really depends on how far the developers want to support the device.  My first ever smartphone, the HTC HD2 was running WinMo 6.5 when I bought it over from my cousin. As you can see from my siggie below, it was running JB 4.1.2 at the time of retirement, same level as my Note 2 now !  laugh.gif  And here I am patiently waiting for the warranty to expire so that I can go DN3 v3  laugh.gif  thumbup.gif

Sounds good smile.gif well my first smart/phone is a HTC hero.. which I am still using now, about time to change. Just hope I dont fall behind that much xD

your sim is mini sim or micro sim before slot in note 2 ?

data plan have nothing to do with the making calls,...

did you check under setting ->  mobile network -> network operator -> let it search for your ISP -> try to register it there
*
It was neither.. It was the normal sized ones, went to a shop and they cut it for me. And yeah I tried the settings, still nothing. cry.gif

Hmmm just maybe. It's weird because when I switch to just GSM there would be full bar reception but still can't call.. I'll head to DiGi and get a replacement sim tomorrow then.
