For me, I would definitely deal with Yannick la regardless of price haha, customer service is the most important
He even helped me fix my Kenko ET which has gone haywire lol

One-shot deal involving small items can la, expensive stuff like lenses better not take the risk

If price is an issue, there's always KL used camera and lenses also.
Not a bad seller, willing to negotiate prices even when they're already quite low.

by the way yesterday finally took back my repaired lens..damaged rm190 for cleaning 2470 fungus inside ...but i wait damn long because of jam lol... sit in bus stop like 1 hour 45 minutes....

demmm selangor holiday...make traffic more jammed than usual

haven't test the lens yet.. only check fungus removed.

Lol, I dare post my original complaint from years back also if you're interested in my story.

Sometimes I really wonder how come the sellers can be like that, its exactly the same thing over at Mobile Computing
Many never realize that once you offer good customer service, regardless of whether its an expensive or cheap product, customers will definitely come back, leading to more business
Simple as that, especially now that consumers are emphasizing more on customer service rather than price tags already

I can only say from my own experience lah, even if the seller is neutral, doesn't really wanna talk much I'm fine with that.
