EM bungalow can be good for u but not me bcz I dont think u need the rental income but cap appreciation in the longer run.

Given choices, I will pick number 8 face south with standard land size. Corner may not be needed. nod.gif

Compare both project. For location. Ytl one far better. For pricing ytl also much lower. Sure go whack ytl first. Eco errr... think later lar.

Prefer Ecoworld or other reputable developer over YTL.
YTL workmanship so so even my friend work there said the same and won't get their prop.
Well no comment. Midfield 1 looks so so and empty for me

Sorry man. Also need to see neighbour development potential. Trx, HSR, bandar Malaysia. All so near. And government sibeh gangho on trx. Which I think is good to have a proper financial hub. All this things... And also bukit jalil city, Midvalley kl eco city also sibeh near 1 turning only can reach..this 1 seriously far toooo good compare this eco.

Just put design and planing aside. I hate mf1n 2 design sibeh lousai. But come back to location and promising development around. Mf2 sure got better future. Melawati 1... 1 thing close to kl but too east side. Anything too deep east. Personally think not as good as those middle to west location. The key is need to surround by good neighbour township.
