appreciate your help to let me know what's your take on the smell and the proposed incinerator? with these, is this still a good buy then, if for investment purpose?

No offense intended here, but alot has been discussed about this incinerator issue in previous pages of this thread.
Maybe can refer back and read first?

I think now Jabatan Pengurusan Sisa Pepejal Negara is caught in their own trap. Their report indicated that the buffer zone requirement is an issue for this site. Existing housing area (Jinjang) to residential is only 60 meter. DOE requirement is 500 meter buffer zone. They are screwing themselves.

With the petition going on and also concerted effort from this NGO namely KL Tak-Nak Insinerator (KTI), the possibility of they shelving this project is very high.

All in all, we dont need incinerator in Malaysia. Incinerator can kill people directly indirectly.

And lastly, click my signature link and render some support. notworthy.gif

I have mentioned before....even without incinerator, the smell is there because of the temporary waste dump site. It needs to be removed, else smell will be there. Go survey yourself around 7 to 8 plus in the evening where the smell would be most prevalent.

The smell is there because of current mishandling of the waste compactor plant in which all four machines are NOT WORKING at the same time. All due to cr*nyism...... I think this will be temporary.....otherwise all the residents in Laman Residence. Taman Residensi, VillaMas 1&2 will be suffering like nobody biz......

FYI
Broga incinerator (source wiki)
A 1.5 billion ringgit incinerator was proposed to be built in an area between Semenyih and Broga by the Malaysian federal government in 2001. At the time it would be Asia's largest incinerator and its main purpose was to reduce Kuala Lumpur's dependence on landfills as a means of waste management. In early 2005, a temporary injunction was issued, stopping work on the project, in response to a 2003 lawsuit by residents of the two towns. The project has since been terminated by court decision however the Federal Government stated that the project was aborted because it was too expensive.

Guess it will linger around until we get certainty that the incinerator will be built somewhere else and when they relocate the temporary dump site. As inefficient as they can be, it has lasted for years..it even came out in star paper few years back

For info, should be RM720PSF. Discount is 6%+1%. Expected to be launched in April.

Block A and B fully sold with less than 5 units left over with 3%+1% discount.

Please correct me.
