Incinerator supposed to be built 50km from any development, 20km within radius will have full impact. Particulates can travel far. Istana, KLCC and Dataran Merdeka all are within radius if 10km.

However, I am not the pro if this issue. Hopefully it will not go ahead.

Seriously, I am less worried about incinerator. I am more worried about property cycle and the unknown government actions to curb speculations (general election 14 could happen just after handing over which is 48 months). We hv been in the low interest rate environment for long time and looking at the recent price increase of a lot of basic necessities like electricity, toll, sugar etc, inflation is going to spike. Interest rate will hv to increase to curb inflation. How would the new loan mechanism which is due to replace BLR look like? Nobody know but 1 thing for sure is with the recent actions taken by government i.e LTV of 70%, strict compliance to DSR ratio, no dibs etc, property market has been significantly affected. I am praying for the best in 4 years' time. Btw, Merry Xmas and Happy New Year to all. May father Xmas bring to all of us peace, happiness and most importantly, abundance of wealth. Ho! Ho! Ho!
